In order to support the growth of our Human Resources team, we are currently looking for a : HR Learning and Development Coordinator (m / f) Our Learning and Development team is currently reviewing the existing training programs and policies to implement a new learning and development plan.
Our objective is to offer even more tailored trainings, coaching, e-learnings and development tools suitable for all our employees according to their business functions and needs. In your role, you will :
Be the first contact person for all training matters : organize and coordinate trainings via our Learning and Management System (LMS) through the creation of training sessions, sending of invitations, communication and follow-up with participants and internal / external trainers, management of the attendance lists and invoices, management of ongoing relationships with the training providers and tracking of training feedbacks;
Be closely involved in the implementation of the new Learning and Development plan by identifying, collecting and assessing training needs with Partners, Managers and business lines training groups, selecting appropriate training providers, reviewing our internal training policies and programs and advising employees on trainings and learning developments;
Advise our BDO colleagues on professional qualifications (such as Réviseurs d’entreprises, Expert-comptable in Luxembourg and in France, ACCA, CFA, CIA, );
Ensure a good effectiveness of our training’s offer and constantly seek further improvement by making proposals and updating our existing trainings;
Be responsible for data follow-up in our LMS and monitor Learning and Development KPI;
Be in charge of the preparation and submission of our annual co-funding application (INFPC).
Your profile : If
You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources;
You have at least 2 - 3 years of practical experience in a HR Learning and Development role, ideally within the financial sector in Luxembourg;
You are fluent in French and English (oral and written). German is an asset;
You have strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge;
You are highly organized and rigorous; you pay high attention to details;
You have very good multi-tasking capabilities;
You are a dynamic, proactive and always solution oriented;
You are looking for improvement and like bringing new ideas;
Acting as a team player, you are recognized for your excellent skills in communicating and working easily with others;
You are curious and eager to learn;
