Within the framework of our Luxembourg based activities, we are recruiting a :

Talent Acquisition & Development Partner (m / f)

to strengthen the Human Resources Department. You will have an important role in creating a Staff Member experience and in implementing many projects together with your team.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes of the Bank and the Management Company;
  • Manage training processes of the Bank and the Management Company;
  • Provide assistance to the Head of HR with regards to reporting matters;
  • Provide administrative assistance linked to the on boarding of newcomers;
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Take part to and ensure the follow-up on HR projects ;
  • Make presentations whenever necessary to staff members to increase awareness on relevant HR flows and projects.
  • Your profile

    Education and experience

  • Master in Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • First experience as a recruiter or training coordinator is a must
  • Experience in the Banking sector will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Luxembourg Labour Law
  • Knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Bank Employees
  • Knowledge of best practices in Recruitment and Training
  • Languages

    Fluent in English and in French

  • Strong organization skills and a rigorous approach
  • Proactive attitude with appetite for Human Resources topics
  • Proficient communication and social skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mind
  • Criminal record : This position may require a condition of a good repute. The law on the financial sector provides that the good repute of a candidate shall be assessed on the basis of (i) criminal records and (ii) any evidence tending to show that the candidate is of good repute and offering every guarantee of irreproachable conduct.

    Eventually the candidate’s name will also be screened through our name screening tool which imports, respectively, the latest versions of the World-Check blacklists, and runs an automated screening process of all names.
