We are looking for a Marketing Events and Client Learning Coordinator.

Reporting to the Manager, EMEA / AP Brand Management, this position requires a team-oriented individual in the role of marketing co-

ordinator to support marketing and enterprise learning, leading the successful planning, management and execution of industry trade shows and events and the co-

  • ordination of external partner training across EMEA operations. Responsibilities include : Interfacing with members of the team (advertising, public relations, communication services, enterprise learning), outside vendors and the internal client to provide communications advice and support for industry trade shows, events and external partner training co-ordination;

    training materials and evaluations; Compile and report on all international instructor-led training data for the external partner training team.

    Qualifications - External :

  • Degree calibre. A bachelors degree or equivalent degree in Communications or related field. CMP, CMM or a Business Administration qualification is desirable;
  • Experience of working within the network of a Global organisation, ideally with specific European country responsibility;
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent organisational skills;
  • Results-driven; ability to work interdependently and adhere to strict deadlines (understanding of deadline-driven work is a must);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of products; advanced Word, intermediate PowerPoint and intermediate Excel knowledge;
  • Fluent English and at least one other language, preferably German or French; Ability to travel 10-20% of overall time to include international.
