Our Data Team is now looking for a forward-thinking and smart individual to the continuous improvement and deployment of the Data & Analytics capabilities within the company.

He / She will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, designing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closuring of projects (projects in scope are those involving more than one department / function).

He / She will improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals, formulates and supports implementation of departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and performance.

Major duties and responsibilities


  • Streamline policies and processes by identifying areas of improvement
  • Formulate policies to maximize efficiency
  • Improve efficiency within Business Services
  • Escalate to management Project Management
  • Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Collect needs and help stakeholders define their needs
  • Coordinate internal resources, clients and other third parties for the proper execution of a project
  • Propose best solutions to problems in order to achieve operational efficiency and alignment
  • Ensure high quality of deliverables
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Identifies technical solutions that facilitates the collaboration between clients and engagement teams and
  • closely collaborate with the IT Project Managers to implement such a solution

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Properly plan and manage the change management process
  • Define and execute communication plans and other change management related tasks
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including Business Sponsors, IT Project Managers, Procurement, Risk Management, IT Security, DPO and Data Officer PMO
  • Report to management
  • Maintain an overview of client engagements regarding governance, resource allocation, prioritisation, status Requirements to access to this function
  • Education requirements : University degree in IT or similar field
  • Work experience requirements : at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position
  • Knowledge / Technical Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical project management principles and practices, techniques and tools
  • Information technology skills
  • Project Management methodology
  • Fluency in English, French or German is an asset
