To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking for several : FA Client Reporting Officer (H / F) Your mission

To assist our clients by managing the Priips / Mifid regulation requirements :

  • To manage new Priips / Mifid legal requirement.
  • To assist the client and coordinate the actions between all the stakeholders (client,..).
  • To produce the performance fees file.
  • To produce reports and statistics such as TER, PTR, Ongoing Charges Ratio, Other Ongoing Cost by taking into account the commercial and legal requirements :

  • To produce the figures by complying with the schedule established with the clients.
  • To carry out necessary controls in order to ensure the accuracy of the figures.
  • To answer to the clients / auditors requests.
  • To provide assistance and answers to clients / auditors queries.

    To assist clients in the KIID production process.

    To manage the requests / information received in the common e-mail inboxes.

    To supervise FA reporting production : manual FA reports, pre-dividend report, AIFMD Reporting, Asset-test calculation, ).

    To ensure the quality of the production and the respect of the delivery deadlines.

    To produce KPIs to the top management :

  • To produce KPI / overview of the activities based on the quality of the production and deadlines achievements.
  • Your profile Education : Master in Economics or in Finance (BAC+4) or Bachelor in Accounting (BAC +3 or similar). Professional experience : Experience in Fund Accounting activity. Soft skills :

  • Acting with perspective

  • Client focus
  • Technical skills : Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory.Experience of Multifonds accounting tool is an added value.MS Office knowledge is an added value.

    Language skills : French and English are mandatory. Any other language will be an added value.
