Ferrero Head Quarter is looking for a Group Media Data Analyst (m / f) within the Group Media department.
The Group Media Data Analyst will work with the Group Media Digital Manager to collect and analyze media and consumer data in order to improve campaign targeting and thus media effectiveness.
As the Data Specialist in the team, the Group Media Data Analyst will :
identify and integrate the most relevant internal and external data sources for media analysis,
build tools and create processes that will allow us to track and analyze our media spending and the result of our campaigns,
create the Media data repositories and reporting,
propose customized solutions and new data visualizations that will allow us to explain complex insights in an easy way,
work together with the IT, Business Intelligence and Consumer and Market Insights departments as well as with other Media Managers at Area and Country level to understand the data availability and reports that are currently used
identify consumer segmentation, that can be applied to our media campaigns, thanks to consumer data coming from different sources (web sites, apps, CRM,...)
support the development of our very own media investment models,
work with other vendors to create playbooks, best practices and benchmarks.
MSc in Business, IT, Maths, Economics, Statistics
Solid academic experience in Data Management (data collection / platforms / technology / processes) or few years of professional experience in data analytics or research agencies
Previous experience in media agency is a valuable asset
Proven record of data projects translating into business solutions
Ability to work in an autonomous but also collaborative way with different stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills and experience with senior management and medium to large audiences
Good understanding of the reporting and data visualization tools available in the market
Critical thinking and attention to details
Fluent English, any additional language is an asset
Proficient computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
