Reporting line : The position will report to the Head of PMO Department Your responsibilities : Analysis and management of customer business requirements concerning regulatory reporting, accounting and risk calculation and reporting Creation of detailed and structured specifications together with partners and customers Management of partner related implementation and change processes Support of partner developers during implementation Coordination of the implementation and maintenance work Definition, execution and quality assurance of test cases for newly implemented and existing functionality Execution of training workshops with customers and partners Presentation of upcoming functionalities and changes to knowledge groups Analysis and management of functional issues Contact person concerning functional questions regarding WKFS RegPro and RiskPro suites Support of consulting projects You are one of the functional experts for all topics regarding payments, accounting, legal and trade reporting, investment & trading, corporate and private banking Planning, Leading, Controlling, Monitoring and Reporting the projects and programmes progress’ Collaboration with relevant internal and external parties Your profile : University Degree in IT, Software engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field;
or relevant experience Previous experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within Banking or Software industries Strong understanding of the WKFS RegPro and RiskPro suites with specific knowledge on Luxembourgish and European regulations including BCL reporting, FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit;
together with specific knowledge on IFRS9 Sound Project and Programme Management skills based on a methodology e.g. Prince2, PMI, etc.
Ability to work directly with business users to elicit business requirements and design functional requirements together with the partner supplier.
Knowledge of working on a business requirement engineering methodology e.g. IREB, BABOK would be considered as an advantage Knowledge and experience of Avaloq would be considered a significant advantage High ability to present complex topics to specific target groups High-level PC literacy (MS Project, Microsoft Office and others) and technical affinity Confident, upright and decisive personality able to enforce change processes, to show visions and to inspire colleagues Independent, proactive and systematic working approach Open-minded, team, result and service-oriented Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Desire to learn and apply best-practice methods, tools, technologies and to take on new challenges Fluency in English is mandatory.
