Your field of responsibility

Join us as Vice President Wholesale France in a strategic role within our Benelux-France Distribution team. In your new role, you develop further the acquisition of new wholesale prospects and strategic partnerships in France.

Furthermore you will ensure cross-selling activities with our existing clients, supported by our Client Support team. As part of our team, you will work in close collaboration with the Sales Director Wholesale France and with the Head of Benelux & France Distribution to define and implement the wholesale strategy in France, you will also have regular interactions with the entire EMEA & Switzerland Client Coverage team.

This position involves direct interactions with the entire asset management value chain as Portfolio Management, Product Specialist, Client Support, Marketing, Product Management, Legal and Compliance, Operations etc.

Where you will be encouraged to act as a trusted partner and use your independence and influencing skills to support the business development of our Benelux-France Distribution team.

This function will require minimum two working days per week in Luxembourg and maximum three days in France. (on annual basis).

Your skills and experience

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or any related field
  • At least five years of work experience in an Asset Management Wholesales (France) role, with a strong background in sales / fund raising is a Must have .
  • High energy level and drive with an entrepreneurial and teamwork approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Open to travel, this function will require minimum two working days per week in Luxembourg and maximum three days in France. (on annual basis).

  • Outstanding communications skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and external prospects and clients. Ability to present and explain UCITS and AIFs strategies in one-to-one meetings and in front of broader audience during roadshows and / or physical / virtual client events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (native language) and be fully proficient in English is a Must have based on our international work environment, with a global mentality.
  • Ability to deliver strong commercial messages and present information in a succinct and concise way in both above languages.

  • Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills, to be able to empower a team and / or internal stakeholders and also manage performance.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite products
