The Organizational andConduct Compliance (OCC)team and the Employees Compliance and Ethics team (ECE)are new departments within Corporate Compliance.
On a local level, formateriality reasons, the OCC and ECE team are combined.
As Manager of Organizationaland Conduct Compliance team, your purpose is to manage risks arising from Unfair Customer Treatment, Conflictsof Interest, Financial Market and Investor’s Protection, Market Conduct,Anti-Competition, Organisational Conduct and Data Protection.
On the ethicalside, your purpose is to help ING managerisks arising from our norms, attitudes and behaviours related to riskawareness, risk-taking and risk management.
Your team shares acollective responsibility forall the end to end compliance 31 processes in place to identify, manage, reportand escalate the Compliance risks underyour remit.
The team will share responsibility to identify, manage, report andescalate local risks for your risk areas.
At the same time, your teamwill contribute to the shape of global policies and be responsible for draftingand implementing local guidelines and standards where additional local requirements do exist.
Your team keepstrack / oversight of the local implementation of all policy-driven requirementsby means of issue tracking, monitoring, Risk Dashboards, and other riskspecific reporting (regulatory and internal reporting) to internal stakeholdersincluding Corporate Compliance.
The team has ongoing interactionwith its correspondent team located at Business Line Compliance. The team willparticipate in the global OCC ECE community.
The OCC team will consist of 5 team members as partof the Compliance team.
You willhierarchically report into the local Head of Compliance.

You identify, execute,monitor and report on local culture initiatives.
