The Professional Services (ProServe) Operations Manager will lead the central oversight and operational strategy of the Professional Services Operation in Europe.

The ProServe Operations Manager will work directly, in a hands-on way, with the system / data, lead multiple technical projects at one time, as well as provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the FinancialForce platform whilst maintaining a clear prioritization roadmap.

The ProServe Operations Manager will create and analyze reports / dashboards to find efficiency drivers with the objective to drive shorter implementations and reduced per project workloads, and will be a key data contributor for periodic Business Reviews.

The ProServe Operations Manager will play the role of liaison between the customer (ProServe / Sales), and internal teams such as Finance and L&D to leverage internal collaboration to maximize efficiencies and drive operational excellence.

The candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities.

Will have superb communication and project-management skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

Will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience gathering and quantifying system requirements, project managing system rollouts, analytics, creating training material and managing resource assignments.

The role can be located within any of our EU offices (Luxembourg, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain), and will report to the Head of Professional Services in the country of choice.

Roles and Responsibilities

The EU ProServe Operations Manager is the focal point for multiple, concurrent internal projects that vary in size and scope, and is accountable for the following (but not limited to) :

  • Lead central oversight and operational strategy of the Professional Services Operation in Europe.
  • Create and analyze reports / dashboards to find efficiency drivers with the objective to drive shorter implementations and reduced per project workloads.
  • Define and lead requirements and implementation of future phases of FinancialForce rollouts.
  • Identify and implement solutions that will leverage Salesforce capabilities to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
  • Refine intake process from Sales, including advising on iterations as needed and creating and delivering training materials.
  • Assess business requirements for ongoing managerial reporting (dashboard) requirements and create reporting, being a key data contributor for Business Reviews.
  • Support implementation of FinancialForce for new ProServe teams and members, including advising global partners on FF launches and best practices.
  • Develop and manage documentation for all FinancialForce processes including working with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
  • Manage the release process to test, validate and implement new applications / code, and updates to existing applications / code that support key business groups.
  • Provide guidance as a technical liaison to the business and serve as an SME’ on the FinancialForce suite of product offerings.
  • Maintain ProServe methodology, including internal and external training material.
  • Liaise between the customer (ProServe / Sales), and internal teams such as Finance and L&D to leverage internal collaboration to maximize efficiencies and drive operational excellence.
