You have previous in-Store admin experience and an inspirational and motivating leadership approach who works well in an ever-changing environment where customer service is key.
Analytical and proactive talent, a cost-conscious mind-set and the ability to interpret numbers is a must. You train and inform employees about routines for cash office, cash desk and security as well as handling payroll calculations.
You set an example with a straightforward communication skill and ability to create an open atmosphere that allows the group of creatives to grow.
Basic computer knowledge is required, and English is a necessity.
