HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M / F)
DO Recruitment Advisors are recruiting a HRBP for a renowned consulting firm within financial services. The HRBP will join a dynamic and international HR team and will be involved in several projects within the HR department.
THE JOB :
You will take over a central role in the HR team and act as privileged contact person for a dedicated population, acting as a change agent and managing deployment of people initiatives and programs within the allocated Service Line.
You will assure successful introduction and monitoring of our people and will be the HR champion in the performance management process.
Among your daily tasks, you will build and maintain influential relationships based on trust with your dedicated population to ensure effective collaboration.
You will provide and analyze periodic reports and statistics, participate in HR projects with local and international teams within the international network, represent the company in Luxembourg in HR initiatives in the international network and coach other members of the HR Business Partner team, reporting directly to the HR Director.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :
A Master's Degree, preferably with a specific focus on HR or Labour Law
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role within an international customer driven company
A thorough knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law, HR policies, processes and regulations.
A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Working experience with SAP HRIS would be considered an asset.
In terms of languages, you are fluent in English and French; German or any other language is considered an asset.
