The Senior Analyst, Clientservices for Domiciliary Services / Company Secretary ( SA ) reports into his / her Team Leaderand manages the daily activities of assigned clients domiciled with The Bank ofNew York Mellon SA / NV, Luxembourg Branch ( BNYML ).

Such responsibilitiesshall include (but not be limited to) :

  • Account relationship management - ensure that internal and external clients are delivered an accurate, timely and quality service during all aspects of the processes for which BNYML is appointed as Domiciliary Agent / Company Secretary safeguarding clients', company and regulatory requirements are met at all time in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Organise and supervise the day-to-day legal administration of investment funds, securitization vehicles and other legal entities domiciled with BNYML.

  • Compliance, risk management and control the SA will be expected conducting its activities in accordance with BNY Mellon’s policies and procedures, constantly ensuring that risks are being identified and actively managed and ensure that management is made aware of such.
  • ClientEngagement

  • Organisation and holding of board and shareholder meetings and preparation of the related documents / minutes.
  • Preparation of corporate documents : power of attorneys, circular resolutions, etc.
  • Company secretarial tasks : assist the client directly with the execution of documents, KYC requests, etc.
  • Management of files and records of domiciled companies.
  • Risk Management

  • Demonstrate highest standards of personal and corporate ethics adhering to agreed policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with BAU administration teams to solve documentation issues.
  • Cross-Departmental Support / Teamwork

  • Build relationships with the various business lines across BNY Mellon.
  • Collaborate with BAU administration teams to solve documentation issues.
  • Education / experience

  • Legal qualification / University degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in a business-related corporate paralegal / client-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg Company Law is required.
  • Knowledge in Real Estate is an advantage
  • Languages

  • Fluent or Near-native English speaker / French basics
