JOB DESCRIPTION :

As member of the Onboarding & Oversight Function your main responsibilities will be :

  • Manage onboarding projects and being accountable throughout the project in order to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders, Client, Service Providers and relevant Management Company teams (Risk; Valuation; Portfolio Management and Ops & oversight) to be in line with the project timeframe
  • Prepare and submit the client acceptance file for approval to CAC committee in line with internal procedures
  • Review the Fund documents and agreements to obtain final sign off
  • Undertake initial and periodic reviews on the delegates (e.g. Portfolio Manager, Depositary, Central Administrations, etc)
  • Perform due diligence and on-site inspections on the delegates when required
  • Follow up with Ops & Oversight that qualitative oversight information dashboards is regularly reviewed, updated for all the Delegates
  • Responsible for producing and maintaining the Oversight and Onboarding Dashboard and documentation including policies and procedures
  • YOUR PROFILE :

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an similar role
  • Knowledge of the alternative investment funds industry for at least 3 years
  • Ability to engage good working relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, internal teams and Service providers
  • Excellent organisational, project management and written communication skills, and can work with autonomy when required
  • Client facing experience
  • Prioritizing skills and ability to manage multiple projects without compromising results.
  • Professional level of English (spoken and written) is a must, any additional language is a plus
  • High level of responsibility and flexibility, ability to take initiative, learn quickly and strive for results
