The DigitalMarketing Specialist role has a global remit, based in Luxembourg, and willassume responsibility for all GEB digital marketing platforms This is adata-driven role working closely with other members of the marketing &distribution team, with the communication department and with the salesorganization to maximise business opportunities and improve our digitalmarketing effectiveness.
The rolehas a strong focus on account-based marketing, lead generation and conversionoptimisation, supporting global and regional B2B sales targets.
Contributeto the global marketing plan by advising on best use of digital channels andbecome a champion for digital best practice in the team.
The idealcandidate will meet the following requirements :
Degreein Marketing (or strong experience in digital marketing area in the serviceindustry)
Atleast 3 years of experiences in similar position is required
Experiencein global organizations, with scope across different geographies is required
Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to interact across all levels of anorganisation including board level
Ableto work independently as well as in a team
Enjoyworking in a changing and fast-paced intercultural environment
Strongability to think strategically, creatively and out-of-the-box

Workingknowledge of HTML and CSS
AdobeCreative Suite and / or video editing experience
Fluentin English and any other language would be considered an asset
