Innovation and Digitalization Analyst - CRM (m / f)

Your tasks

  • You participate in (and lead when applicable) digitalization initiatives, products and / or concepts in the Sales Business Unit, mainly focusing on Digital & CRM initiatives
  • You actively contribute to the successful implementations and evolutions of a Salesforce CRM project
  • You establish yourself as a change agent and ease the optimizations’ acceptation across the impacted operational functions and stakeholders
  • You analyse energy and digital related trends and markets in order to identify new products and services ideas
  • You participate actively in the Sales’ products and services management activities, including post-deployment support, management of providers and continuous improvement
  • You establish regular reports on on-going development projects and anticipate potential points of attention
  • Your profile

  • You hold a Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
  • An experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position is considered an asset
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM solution is preferred willingness to learn is mandatory
  • Working experience in the energy sector or in project management is an advantage
  • You are customer focused and result driven
  • You are creative, motivated and eager to learn with a high sense of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of German or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
