In that light, our team drives to empower the growth of our business partners and implement new strategies for frictionless cross-

border trading. This role will manage a global compliance policy, lead a team to guide top third-party Amazon sellers, and establish the vision and business requirements for future of compliance products.

You will build customer trust and raise the bar for the quality of their experience on Amazon. Your solutions and team will enable transparent solutions for third-

party Amazon Sellers to grow their businesses on Amazon.

Your core role will be to drive seller growth across our European seller marketplaces by building products and programs that make international business and compliance seamless.

You will be responsible for :

  • Business Planning and Product Roadmap
  • Business Operations
  • Goal setting on your team and aligned with WW teams
  • Working cross-functionally with retail, marketing, product, sales, insights and analysts, legal, Public Policy and tax to deliver high quality channel management and programs
  • Develop mechanisms, processes, and measurement of all channels to understand what is working and what needs improvement
  • Conduct monthly business reviews and annual resource planning
  • Identify global stakeholder needs, implement prioritization
  • You must be able to work at the strategic level (using seller behavior to generate bold and innovative ideas) and at the tactical level (building insights from data and solving problems).

    The ideal candidate is analytical, enthusiastic, has exceptional writing skills, and has a passion for customer engagement and creative problem solving.

  • Language : English
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, consulting or relevant industry, with a proven track record of managing high performing teams and projects.
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity.
  • Ability to execute methodically with high attention to detail, and drive operational excellence.
  • Ability to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels.
  • College / University Degree required.
  • MBA from a top tier school
  • Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.
  • History of success working with teams and customers from US, China and Europe.
