Description des tâches :

Secretarial Support : (50%)

  • Assist in its internal organisation and its daily work
  • Administrative tasks
  • Technical committees assistance :
  • o Assure the communication with our members by e-mail and phone

    o Assist the Legal team in organising the meetings (both logistics and follow-up of electronic invitations)

    Database Administration : (50%)

  • Management & Administration :
  • o Updating and amending (Data import, Data input, Data cleaning) existing member database

    o Setting up and testing new database versions (upgrades and new features)

    o Monitoring database efficiency

    o Sustaining the security and integrity of data

    o Creating query definitions that allow data to be extracted

    o Improvements, Handbook, Procedures

  • Assistance of staff
  • o Daily assistants to staff in use of the data base and Microsoft Office applications

    o Installation of settings on users’ PCs (filters, views, lists)

    Études :

    Niveau d'étude demandé egal Diplôme de fin d’études secondaires classiques (Bac)

    Métier / domaine de formation :

    Autres compétences :

    o Flexible, dynamic, motivated to learn and to be a team player

    o Good communication and writing skills

    o Good general IT skills

    o 2 years hands-on application and database systems administration skills

    o Good skills in Microsoft Office 2013 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    o Good sense of organisation and service orientation

    o Other languages and experience in a service sector or administration will be considered as an advantage.
