Responsibilities To support our initiatives on Daily Banking Products, we are looking for an : IT Delivery Lead - Daily Banking Products (M / F) Integrated in our Digital IT department, you will contribute to BIL's Transformation Plan, building an innovative financial web / mobile platform with digital banking features for our clients and features enforcing our sales capabilities.
The program is executed by self-organized products teams embracing the Agile software development manifesto. Your mission : You will manage projects and day-to-day activities within teams, embracing an agile mindset : As IDL you are responsible to plan, scope, schedule, budget and ensure quality of delivery across all IT delivery activities within the team (not only on projects, but also on run activities) You are a key coordinator with other teams You ensure IT team capacity based on projects plans (bank-wide projects portfolio) & identify additional needs / skills You are a contact person regarding IT topics related to all delivery activities managed within team or external projects where team is impacted You will ensure quality of estimates provided by team with accuracy and assumptions You plan projects within Clarity and follow execution with team Together with the Product Owner you will : Manage risk & issues, scope changes, dependencies, Promote team spirit Make the team accountable of what the project is expected to deliver (cost, scope, deadlines, quality) and why those elements are important to our customers, the market and the organization Provide a clear status and ensure reporting activities Ensure that ceremonies (standup, retros) are respected if facilitator is not dedicated or not present Ensure the alignment of vacation and duty plan with commitments team’s As IDL you act as a serveant leader for the team.
You will promote and support agile practices and you will coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality. You will remove impediments to the team’s progress.
Must Have Requirements Qualifications : Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics or Finance management (BAC+5) Experience in Agile & Waterfall projects You are fluent in written and spoken English and French.
You can participate actively to meetings in French and English Banking know-how : good understanding of the banking products and services (previous experience in a similar sector is an asset) T24 knowledge is an asset Personal skills : Federation Interpersonal skills Pedagogy Team-player Initiative and analytical mind-set Education level : Master's Degree Work experience : 1-2 years Start contract date : 16-03-20
