Summary

As a Project Manager, you will form part of the Business Transformation department and will be responsible for the end to end delivery of medium to highly complex single projects or workstreams of a larger project across Lombard Odier Europe.

The Project Manager role will focus on the design and implementation of transversal projects across the organization which could include, among others, regulatory, customer experience and process re-engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Define the scope of a project, own and manage project goals, risks, issues, timeframe and resources / budget

Create structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks and budget constraints

Lead regular project status meetings ensuring all risks and issues are escalated and addressed in a timely manner

Develop communication and reporting strategy, coordinate between stakeholders for progress reviews, key decisions, documentation and approvals

Ensure engagement and tracking of progress to support senior management to ensure that deadlines are met

Actively seek close collaboration with other ongoing projects, support and coordinate the elaboration of an implementation plan to transpose project related changes and policies in the affiliated offices

Skills and experience :

Minimum 7 years work experience successfully driving projects / change initiatives in the wealth management / private banking industry

Good understanding and knowledge of European financial services regulations applicable to private banking and wealth management

Experience in coordinating work across multiple disciplines or organizations, in achieving results by building consensus across organizational and functional lines and in managing cross borders stakeholders in a matrix environment

Excellent communication skills, ability to understand complex information and transpose it to the business environment

Can do' attitude and ability to work in an entrepreneurial, delivery-focused manner

Self-starter and able to work independently

Fluent written and spoken English and French

Previous experience in a consulting firm is advantageous

The base location for this role is Luxembourg but may involve traveling to the other European offices of Lombard Odier Europe
