Manage client relationships strategically based on business and marketing objectives.
Serve as a main contact person for the clients, and other partner agencies
Manage an international team
Quality assurance : continuous monitoring of the projects (sales, content, listing)
Prepare the retro planning of the whole project, and monitor project evolution
Organize the kick-off meetings with customers
Take care of the Agreement Services with the customers
Communication with customers
Plan, prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (if required)
Write a business case study at project conclusion
Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and stakeholders whose business includes a wide variety of product categories (sporting goods, clothing, kitchenware, textiles, home and garden products, pet products, electronics, toys, baby food, FMCG)
Implement and execute best practice in client management
Lead project execution across client and practice teams
Develop precise business objectives interacting with clients and partner agencies
Participate in client and / or inter-agency workshops / seminars, share best practice and / brainstorm ways of working
Prepare the monthly worksheet for the customer and approve invoices
Approve and share timing estimation on a monthly basis
Provide status reports to the Team Leader, to the management and to the client
Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure contract execution and renewal adjustments.
Support the Team Leader in managing priorities within the team
Senior Client Manager
Give time / stay available for any team member involved in the projects
Keep abreast and apply innovative solutions to project execution, upskilling team members along the way
University / college degree (preferably in marketing, communication or business)
At least 5 to 8 years professional experience in managing global clients
Experience in managing a team
Experience in the FMCG industry is a strong plus
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Language skills : fluent English
Knowledge of German, French, Spanish or Italian is a plus
Excellent writing and communication skills
Good stress management
Ability to solve problems
Ability to hold presentations for clients
Convincing argumentation skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to take decisions
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Must be organized and accurate
Broad knowledge about the Amazon business is a plus
