A fiduciary specilaized in investment funds is looking for its new Compliance Manager. In charge of two employees, you will need to control and oversight with the AML / CFT ;

Your role :

Reviewing compliance with AML / CFT regulations to ensure on-going compliance in this area;

Reviewing, updating and amending AML / CFT policies and procedures periodically;

Providing AML / CFT and general compliance training to the staff;

Providing updates to clients regarding AML / CFT regulations;

Producing accurate AML / CFT and compliance reporting;

Supporting additional ad hoc compliance work when requested;

Coordination of compliance requests and audits with internal and external parties;

Participation in compliance internal projects;

Following-up on regulatory and new regulation, performing an impact analysis and overseeing the implantation of new or remedial action required;

Assisting your colleagues in the preparation of compliance reports to the board;

Your profile :

Experience in AML in Luxembourg;

At least 7 years of experience, preferably in the alternative funds practice;

Managing experience required;

Depth knowledge of AML / CFT Luxembourg regulations;

Rigorous, well organised, team player;
