As a Key Account Manager, you will own and nurture the relationships, building and executing the sales strategy.

You will maintain a high-level presence of the products and technological solutions in the market through the creation of win-
win situations with customers and partners.
You will participate in the products and solutions evangelisation program through relevant success stories achieved with other key accounts.
You will work closely with System Engineers and Business Analysts teams to identify new customer and / or opportunities within existing accounts.
With the support of internal teams, you will develop state-of-the-art technological projects that bring a strong added value to the business of the clients.
You will deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecast and pipeline development reports to build a realistic view of your potential business.
You have a relevant Account Management background related to the IT sector (Datacentre, Infrastructure, Security, Network, ) in Luxembourg or abroad.
You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience working with key accounts, preferably in an international business environment.
You have a deep understanding and a real interest in everything related to IT, digital solutions and new technological trends.
You know how to develop trusted customer relationships up to C level combined with the ability to network within a customer and partner organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
You have the ability to leverage and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Services and others.
You are used to match customer needs with state-of-the-art technology solutions and partners to deliver them.
You write and speak fluently in French and English.
