Amazon is looking for exceptional Finance Manager to support EU Vendor Management and FP&A teams. Amazon EU is one of the fastest growing business for Amazon globally where we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth.

As a finance leader, you will be responsible for defining and driving key financial projects with different teams across Europe.

This position is a critical partner to the EU leadership and Vendor Management teams, and will have responsibility for creating business metrics to assess project performance, forecasting, reporting and analysis.

This includes interacting with senior finance and business leaders across Europe to develop set of KPIs and targets for Vendor management teams.

The successful candidate will need to be strategic, analytical, and have the demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a role with high exposure to senior management across Amazon EU businesses and requires structured thinking and strong communication skills.

Primary responsibilities :

  • Driving large scale projects across EU with a significant P&L impact by interacting with our key partners in finance, business and Operations
  • Developing KPIs for Vendor management teams across EU
  • Developing set of short term and long term goals for relevant KPIs and leading alignment process with business teams
  • Defining processes to improve EU financial planning including training of business partners on key deliverables
  • Equipping management with regular actionable reporting to enable decision making
  • Continually driving team productivity by automating and outsourcing reporting and analysis.
  • Bachelor / Master Degree with sound analytical background.
  • English fluency is a must, same as robust excel skills.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly and drive issues to solution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to develop ideas independently, and to multitask as needed in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to details within frame of structured and organized thinking.
  • MBA, MSc or MEng (Computer Sciences, Economics, Business Admin, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent).
  • Prior working experience in similar roles.
  • Already collected people management experience.
  • Advanced Excel and Data / Analytics Skills.
