We are looking for a talented Senior Recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels .
You will drive the effort to find and attract talent from junior to senior level across the EMEA, collaborating with Hiring Managers, recruiters, business partners, HR and Compensation & Benefits.
You will ensure that pipelines are build quickly, in order to meet the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business, solving complex recruitment challenges and developing your own career and skill-set along the way.
In this role you will :
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer / partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
Build and maintain a network of potential leadership candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Work directly with senior leaders to deeply understand business needs and lead an efficient high-quality recruitment funnel.
Possess analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Build search strategies with deliverables, timelines and a lead a formal tracking process.
Work on various projects focused on getting candidates into our pipeline quickly
Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact, through interview process and to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Operate as the expert in industry best practices, monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for hiring to the organization
The role can be based in Luxemburg, London or Berlin.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Extensive relevant experience; ideally including full life cycle recruitment experience
English language fluency
Corporate and / or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
English fluency and ideally a second European language
Ability to build and maintain a diverse network of leadership talent across the globe
Ability / experience in conducting proactive market research on talent markets
Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Passion for matching candidates to their ideal role, and a creative approach to problem solving
