As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will make an impact by assisting in the efforts to find the right talent to support the needs of the business and you will work alongside the talent acquisition team throughout the entire life cycle of a recruit.
You will utilize various platforms to connect with potential candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates through the recruiting and onboarding process.
You will provide administrative and logistics management support to the line managers as well as focus on providing the best candidate experience.

Qualifications -You hold a Bachelor / Master degree; preferred fields of study include : Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Marketing, or related field -Excellent communication skills : fluent in English (German and / or French is an advantage) -You have 2- 3 years’ experience as a Recruiter -Experience in conducting (competency-based) interviews -In-depth knowledge of talent sourcing through LinkedIn -You understand our business.
