KPMG Luxembourg is looking for forward-thinking and passionate people to make a difference to our Software Engineering team.

To support rapid innovation / development, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Software Engineering group.

Do you like to automate processes and solve operational problems with code? Are you someone who pics the right technology for the right problem?

Do technologies like Docker, K8S, Ansible etc excite you?

As a DevOps Engineer, you will help the software engineering team deliver rapid innovation / results to our clients by building / enhancing CI / CD pipelines and removing any bottlenecks in their development experience.

You will assist Developers containerize their applications using Docker and migrate from TFS to Azure DevOps. You will help improve the observability, monitoring of existing applications using technologies like ELK, Prometheus-Grafana.

What will you do :

Support Software Engineering teams with topics related to building, deploying and observability solutions.

Enable software engineering teams to transition to modern infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, Prometheus-Grafana

Manage, ensure availability and compliance of KPMG Software Factory (Source Code Repository CI / CD), container images management, container hosting infrastructure, applications logging infrastructure and message bus services.

Support IT Operations teams and bring technical expertise with regards to applications security configuration, applications uptime support, cloud services, infrastructure as code, automation process.

What you must have :

Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.

Prior working experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Public cloud providers (MS Azure is an asset, any other provider like AWS, GCP would be great)

Prior working experience with Linux, Windows operating systems

Scripting knowledge : Bash, Powershell

Prior working experience with Azure DevOps (Git, Azure Pipelines)

You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.

You're passionate about new technologies and are excited to find ways to implement them in your work.

You pay attention to detail and make sure that things work properly.

You are a team player and like to help other team members out.

You have a continuous improvement mindset.

Fluent in English

Great to have skills :

Experience with Ansible, Terraform

Experience with monitoring platforms like ELK, Prometheus-Grafana, Orion

Prior development experience

MongoDB, MS SQL database knowledge
