Mission You will provide technical support to End-users in French and English and ensure they are helped in a quick and efficient way.
You are the first and second line for ICT Customers and provide a customer friendly approach and handling of their incidents and demands.
You have a strong experience in a service desk and with a ticketing tool Profile You like helping people with software problems and you have at least 2 years of experience on an IT Helpdesk.
You have an excellent knowledge of French and English- German is an asset.
You are ready to do Shifts 24 / 7 Expérience with AD, Suite Office, Citrix Asset : knowledge of Office 365, MS Teams, SAP + Application support ITIL Certification is a real asset
