What is the opportunity? As Supervisor with the Private Capital Services, you will be in charge of the administration of Luxembourg funds and the processing of transactions supported by accurate and complete documentation.

These transactions are processed as per the cut off agreed with our clients.

The role also requires helping to ensure that the duties (including Legal duties) of a custodian, a depositary (safekeeping) and / or a Banker are applied and respected, and that our services are aligned with group decisions and global operating models.

What will you do? Support the team manager to ensure the team runs efficiently Ensure transactions are processed by the cut off time agreed / Ensure proper control on banking transactions managing receipts of funds and processing disbursements Check any payments performed by the team and validate them in the relevant systems Analyse client’s documentation with regards to investment transactions Coordinate and manage interaction with the custodian, Depositary / Ensure proper communication with clients, within the business line and with other internal departments Develop dedicated expertise in various matters (capital calls, secondary market, partly paid and fully paid, etc.

Prepare / review client reporting, e.g.

audit requests, etc., ensure resolutions of the various client queries in a timely manner and ensure proper resolution of issues including those with internal departments Ensure client retention through proper service delivery and active support of client reviews / Ensure an efficient operational service to clients with internal processes being followed / Be involved in client onboarding by reviewing relevant documentation and attending to prep meetings What do you need to succeed?

Must-have University or post-Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Law with work experience in Fund Administration Operations for 4 to 6 years Working knowledge of the funds industry, fund documentation and processing transactions Knowledge of some systems used in the funds industry and in particular fund administration / Fluent in English and French.

Good organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders Nice-to-have German, Italian language skills would be considered an asset What’s in it for you?
