German-Speaking Credit Specialist (M / F)
Your mission :
Credit specialists are key stakeholders of BEL Banquedes Entreprises au Luxembourg , on whom the Bank can rely for their expertiseand objectivity in corporate and SME financing, (re)structuring and analysiscombining a risk awareness with a commercial approach.
Your main mission is to limit the bank’s open risk bycontributing to the early detection of any early warning signals and byimplementing appropriate action plans with the clients in order to proactivelymanage and preserve the value of any stressed assets and exposures.
This is achieved by an optimization of the creditrelationship with the customer and, if necessary, via credit restructuring.
Thefuture candidate will manage a portfolio of loan clients as part of the specialloan support. This function covers tasks with a high degree of responsibility / acertain risk and deals with complex cases presenting a critical risk profile.
The credit specialists are also involved in structuringcredit transaction with the RMs (Relationship Manager) and the clients andproviding a critical contribution to inform credit decisions in creditcommittees.
Main tasks :
Work closely with RMs, Legal Affairs and Risk in order to define andimplement the appropriate strategy
Establishing, coordinating and implementing restructuring strategies withthe view to optimize recoveries
Respond to unforeseen events and react accordingly
Estimate the financial and reputational risks associated with the filesprocessed
Keep the required data in the bank systems up to date
Estimate / set the degree of urgency of processing a specific case and seta priority in processing
Representing the bank in client and bank group meetings
Decide on warranty renewals
Estimate the value of guarantees and analyze the valuation of the company
Participate in diverse project achievements
Structuring term sheets (Facility, borrower,guarantor, lender, amount, maturity, pricing, financial covenants, security )with the RMs, the client and the Legal
Delivering a complete, synthetic and coherentup-to-date memo on the transaction, based on facts, compliant with bank’sguidelines with the RMs and other parties involved.

Yourprofile : Education :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degreein Finance / Economics or confirmed experience in the banking sector
You’ve had a similar professional experience of minimum 3-5 years
Attention to detail / rigor

Effective writing skills
Good knowledge of SuiteOffice
You are fluent in German, French and English. Any other language will bean advantage
