In order to continue the expansion of our Business Advisory department, EY Luxembourg is looking to recruit a :

Junior Advisor in HR IT Solutions (SAP HCM, SAP Successfactors, Workdays, etc.) (m / f)

Your responsibilities :

As a HR / IT Consultant, you will leverage your experience completed with state of the art trainings, in order to support our clients in defining the appropriate roadmaps for their HR solutions and innovations journey.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

  • Project activities like initial business and processes assessments;
  • Formulating recommendations;
  • Supporting integrators implementation projects;
  • Facilitating change management from technical and organizational aspects.
  • Your profile :

  • You hold a Master Degree or equivalent certification in HR
  • You have ideally first work experience in IT / HR solutions and the usage of HR proceses;
  • You have strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities;
  • You are fluent in English, French, Luxemburgish would be being an advantage;
  • You can work in truly international team and collaborate across levels;
  • You are willing to travel abroad.
