Project Manager (F / M)
Tasks
As our project manager, you will be the contact point for our customers and for your team. Your main responsibilities will be :
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
You have at least 5 years experience in a similar role (both Waterfall and Agile)
You are a project Swiss knife
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
