Responsibilities
As a Programme Director with Hines, you will be dedicated to the European Management Services Operations. This person will provide permanent standing project support at the direction of the European Head of Operations in connection to company’s Europe wide properties and interests.
The role requires effective co-ordination of projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.
It also includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.
The Programme Director is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme. They will develop and maintain the programme environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Planning, designing and shaping programme work streams, managing progress, resolving issues and limiting risks, with significant operational insight.
Leading on and managing a project tracker (or equivalent format) to ensure key projects, deliverables and milestones are tracked and deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Track progress against project timelines, and meet regularly with European Head of Operations to provide status updates and flag issues that may impede ability to deliver against timelines.
Prepare detailed plans for each project including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding (if applicable), and staffing.
Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
Develop strategies to help push forward ideas and projects for European Operations either with European Head of Operations or other members of the function, when directed
Create project status presentations for delivery to European leadership or other stakeholders.
Push thinking of leadership; provide constructive feedback and add new ideas to processes, discussions and deliverables.
Engage in healthy and constructive discussion to help push concepts forward
Ensure leader stays focused on areas of highest priorities
Connect dots across the organization of European Operations and more broadly to other parts of Hines
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include :
Master's Degree preferred
