    Our opportunity for you :

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as Commercial Director and you will report to our Country Managing Director.

    Your responsibilities include :

    Grow and develop the revenues and EBITDA by increasing the number of clients and new business portfolios :

  • Create and explore new business opportunities with Real Assets firms
  • Develop and maintain a network of intermediary relationships, including tax and legal advisory firms, banks, and other third parties
  • Implement and develop Vistra’s Commercial Strategy by applying market knowledge in order to translate this into opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a network of prospective clients and a strong pipeline for conversion into sales
  • Lead deals and ensure VForce is up to date with pipeline and sales activity
  • Manage the sales process efficiently, effectively and with transparency from lead to contract signature and manage the client handover and the on-boarding together with the local servicing team
  • Work in an efficient, accurate and entrepreneurial way in compliance with all internal procedures throughout the initial stages of the client relationship
  • Work in collaboration with the operational teams, Team Leaders and Relationship managers
  • Develop good relationships with peers in other countries in order to share market insights, best practices and current project initiatives
  • As part of the Local Business Development Team, we also expect you to :

  • Organize and present reports on sales progress, salesforce dashboard overviews, goals, and monthly / quarterly initiatives that need to be shared with both Local and Group Managements
  • Prepare and develop account plans
  • Contribute to the decision-making process for commercial initiatives
  • Develop a thorough industry knowledge and understanding of the PERE business :

    Remain up to date on the following topics :

  • Product and Pricing knowledge Legal knowledge Tax knowledge Internal procedures knowledge Market developments
  • Develop new business through means of marketing and sales :

  • Attend seminars, conferences and business development initiatives Client visits and questionnaires completion to both existing as well as prospective clients Develop and market other products and services Thought leadership and case studies
  • Cooperation and follow-up on leads with the Business Intelligence department :

  • Define target and business segments that need to be explored Prepare a clear and defined strategy to approach selected prospective clients Share business market updates about various business lines
  • According to your Managerial and Expertise role, we expect you to :

  • Deliver quality by holding value-added trainings to our staff members in line with business requirements
  • Responsible for the implementation and the achievement of budget and marketing plan of the team :

  • Set OKR’s in accordance with the Management Team at the start of each calendar year Follow up on OKR’s quarterly Follow up on sales and marketing plan Follow up on business development activities that correspond to your teams’ portfolio
  • Supervise, coordinate and coach the different members of the Marketing and Commercial teams :

  • Facilitate and assist the work of your colleagues in relation to technical marketing / commercial points and workload management Ensure proper communication within the teams Participate in weekly business development meetings Be available to answer all business related questions presented by your team members Maintain an open, positive, dynamic, and constructive team atmosphere
  • Relevant experience :

  • University degree in sales specific certification, or a proven track record in the Commercial area Minimum of 10 years of experience with a professional services firm Confident and persuasive communicator who asks great questions Excellent presentation skills Solid negotiation skills and proven attainment of large revenue targets Strong knowledge of Private Assets (especially real Estate and Private Equity) Ability to successfully communicate and influence with all levels Ability to develop and grow commercial business activity
