Task Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing and implementing purchasing procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Select outside vendors in accordance with required specifications, aiming at total quality
  • Develop efficient Purchase Order administration files
  • Prepare marketing and cost analyses for future purchases
  • Improve the computer systems in regard to e-commerce and ordering process
  • Essential Requirements For The Position :

  • Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus in supply chain, procurement or any other relevant field.
  • A university degree would be considered as an advantage

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Fluency in written and spoke English
  • Problem solving mindset, attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Team spirit & good communication skills
  • Methodic and organized
  • Working Conditions :

  • Temporary contract of 10-12 months
  • The position demands a regular and full-time presence at our HQ in Luxembourg. Vacation and other absences should be planned in a way that they do not conflict with service requirements
  • Flexibility may be needed with working hours, always in accordance with our collective work agreement
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
