Sales Administrative Assistant Trainee (H / F)
We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant Trainee for 6 months.
Provide administrative and customer support for assigned sales managers and Director of Sales.
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or any other letters as per company needs).
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Prepare Presentations (Power Point) related to the Sales Meetings or company, brand presentations to support the Sales Team
Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in ANAIS software related to the sales process.
Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests.
Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Prepare and pilot emailing campaigns or telemarketing calls related to business needs.
Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Support the Sales Team in case of Travel arrangements : participation to Trade Shows, booking accommodation, flights etc
Follow all company policies and procedures, verify personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
