Within ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products CIO, the department "Digital & IT CMO" (D&IT CMO) is an IT organization with proximity with Flat commercial business, which is responsible for the implementation of Business Processes and the interface management between operational Business stakeholders and IT providers.
D & IT CMO main stakeholders are the Business owners of the different CMO processes, the end users (Sales Agencies & Order Management Platforms), Supply Chain, Industrial Clusters and mills within the Flat Europe scope.
The request concerns the Job of Functional manager " Customer Master".
The Functional Manager is responsible for "Customer Master".
The main missions of the Functional Manager are Be contents-oriented : capture the Business needs / Supporting the Business to define their needs of evolution of It systems ( small evolutions / projects).
Managing Information Systems (writing Business specifications, coordinating projects, ensuring roll out, etc.) based on the requirements formulated by the Business.
Coordinate IT developments with the different IT "delivery Teams" of DIT CMO Supporting and training the business.
Driving the evolution of existing Information Systems, again based on the Business requirements but also in agreement with the IS / IT Strategic Plan and IT Standards.
Providing the necessary support to the users through the "Service Desk" organization.
The main stakeholders are Central CMO functions, the Sales agencies, the Customer teams of Flat Europe.
Required skills Processes and IT Systems "minded".
Expertise with Master data management tools & processes (SAP MDG) .
Team player, stakeholder-oriented, ability to understand and adapt to a complex and changing environment, ability to work with people at all levels of the organization Proactive, creative, autonomous, problem-solving oriented, ability to work in a virtual team.
Relevant experience in a similar function of interface between Business & It delivery organisation (3-5 Years) .
English : Advanced Additional skills Any relevant expertise / experience with the It solutions used today within Arcelor Mittal to support the Customer Master process (Salesforce.com, SAP SD, SAP MDG).
Any expertise / experience in Customer Relationship Management processes would be a plus Travel : Occasional trips in Europe
