Responsibilities :

  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with intermediaries and clients with a specific focus on expansion of the already established portfolio
  • Responsible for introduction of the business offer to the new clients in Luxembourg
  • In charge of new client take-ons, presentations, fee quotes, product knowledge, product development and client visits
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Coordinate issues concerning taxes, administration and banking of client companies
  • Growing the business by driving the Luxembourg based activities forward
  • Taking responsibility for local / global business proposals
  • Identifying potential introducers and strategic partners and building and helping maintaining robust working relationships
  • Developing relationships with key clients, both locally and internationally, as well as developing new opportunities (cross-sell / up-sell)
  • Helping in setting-up and on-boarding of Luxembourg investment structures and optimizing client profitability
  • Involving internal and external resources to achieve personal and company goals
  • Key contact for the clients in relation to all legal and administrative matters related to the services provided
  • Acting as a Director on companies and other structures
  • Reviewing client related documents and ensuring standardization and consistency
  • Providing support including advice on the establishment and administration of companies
  • Drafting and interpreting contracts, especially corporate articles and ancillary documentation
  • Follow new developments and legislation assuring correct approach is taken when serving clients
  • Ensuring that fiduciary duties are carried out with due care and diligence
  • Arranging and participating in client meetings
  • Reviewing and approving client invoices as part of the billing process
  • Requirements :

  • University degree. Ideally in Law or track record working for an established Trust Company / Service Provider in Luxembourg
  • 10 years of experience
  • Fluent in English and French. Other languages considered as an asset most particularly Dutch
  • Sound knowledge of the Luxembourg Legislation
  • Previous experience setting up new office in the Grand Duchy region considered as a plus
