Your mission :
Support to Asset & Fund Services
Drafting and negotiating service agreements of the Bank acting as depositary bank and fund administrator;
Providing legal advice to the business lines, the functions and the management of the bank in order to allow them to take a decision or to pursue their activities with full information on the legal impacts;
Contribute to the legal watch activities of the bank in order to ensure that any legislation or jurisprudence that impacts the bank is known by the relevant persons;
Advising on new products and projects as well as on the impact of new legislation;
Handling claims, litigation and complaints; Your Competences : Professional experience :
University degree in law with specialization in financial law or company law
Having done an LLM and / or Cours complémentaires en droit luxembourgeois is an advantage
Having at least 2 to 3 years professional experience in a similar legal position (bank and / or law firm) Soft skills :
Team player able to share and pass on knowledge
Sense of organization, priority, planning & methodology
Pro-activity and ability to meet short deadlines.
