In order to continue the expansion of our Luxembourg Corporate and Regulatory Services, we are currently looking to recruit :

Juniors Assistants for our Corporate and Regulatory Team (m / f)

Your responsibilities :

  • You will be a member of our corporate and regulatory team, in charge of the corporate implementation of tax reorganizations involving Luxembourg companies.
  • You will take an active part in structuring, coordinating and implementing the Luxembourg corporate law aspects of reorganizations ancillary to tax transactions, including : preparation and review of corporate documentation of any kind, in relation to the incorporation and reorganizations of Luxembourg companies (e.
  • g. : contributions, migrations, mergers, liquidations, application of business licenses, etc.) and the intra-group financing of these entities (e.

    g., loans; facilities,...).

  • You will coordinate the implementation of international reorganizations with the professionals of the EY network.
  • You will liaise with people from our tax department, other EY offices, clients, lawyers, notaries, banks etc.
  • You will be in charge of coaching and delegating to members of the team.
  • Your profile :

  • You hold a university degree in corporate legal matters.
  • You have a thorough understanding of Luxembourg corporate regulations.
  • You appreciate working in a highly dynamic & international environment.
  • You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.
  • You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • You are willing to learn and develop yourself on an ongoing basis.
  • You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • You are fluent in English, French and / or German, additional language skills will be considered as an asset.
