Your Role

  • Prepare the budget, forecast and cost follow up for different entities
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete operational reporting and ensure accounts analysis as part of the monthly tracking process
  • Collect, interpret and analyse financials and HR related data and commitments
  • Support on ad hoc requests for analysis and reporting
  • Cooperate closely with the research administration regarding budget matters of external projects
  • Support the preparation of external investor reporting
  • Cooperate with Central Administration and Financial Controllers of other faculties
  • Develop project proposals, design and improve tools for budget monitoring and reporting in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Training and support budget holders and stakeholders in budget and financial matters

    • Your Profile

  • University degree in the field of financial control, Finance or Accounting
  • First experience in accounting / finance administration is an asset
  • Computer literate, very good knowledge in Excel is required, VBA skills, SAP experience is an asset
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to manage a number of requests within tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multicultural environment with the ability to involve relevant stakeholders
  • Team worker, who takes own initiatives and has high motivation to work in a continuously evolving environment
  • Very good command of English and French (oral and written) or German are mandatory
