mail and phone Assist the Legal team in organising the meetings (both logistics and follow-up of electronic invitations) Database Administration : (50%) Management & Administration : Updating and amending (Data import, Data input, Data cleaning) existing member database Setting up and testing new database versions (upgrades and new features) Monitoring database efficiency Sustaining the security and integrity of data Creating query definitions that allow data to be extracted Improvements, Handbook, Procedures Assistance of ALFI staff Daily assistants to ALFI staff in use of the data base and Microsoft Office applications Installation of settings on users’ PCs (filters, views, lists) Skills : Flexible, dynamic, motivated to learn and to be a team player Good communication and writing skills Education : minimum BAC Good general IT skills 2 years hands-
on application and database systems administration skills Good skills in Microsoft Office 2013 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good sense of organisation and service orientation Languages : English and French (oral and written fluency) Other languages and experience in a service sector or administration will be considered as an advantage.
