For our Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a Area Revenue & Trade Manager to join the Sales Business Development team.
Your role will be implementing Revenue and Trade Management initiatives in the Area and Regions , leveraging on the central team methodologies and understanding the local business and priorities as well as gathering local needs in terms of Revenue and Trade Management acting as a bridge of the central and local commercial teams .
Main tasks :
You will be connecting and following up with Area and Region on the implementation of pricing and revenue management maneuvers promptly sharing back with central Pricing & Revenue Management team any relevant information.
Additionally, you will be following up and providing Markets with support on the implementation of Pricing and Revenue Management projects under the guidance of central Pricing & Revenue Management team.
You will be driving the commercial policies adoption working with markets to identify gaps and design / implement convergence plans under the guidance of RTM & Distributor team.
Moreover, you will be in charge of identifying markets’ capabilities development plans needs and providing the central teams with inputs as well as facilitating the RM community development.
You will be performing International Customers performances analysis, proposing insights and priorities to the International Customers manager and / or Pricing & Revenue Manager and ensuring the implementation of the defined strategy, being a sparring partner to the Area Channels teams.
Hand in hand with the central RTM& Distributor team, you will work on the country in RTM transformation projects.
