Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com, is seeking talented, self-directed candidates to support and execute strategic programs with key members of the AWS consulting partner ecosystem.

This role will partner with the Strategy & Operations Leads in all EMEA regions supporting the day-to-day execution of the business, reporting cadence and the strategic planning processes utilizing various CRM & reporting tools to derive well-
vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed. You will be collaborating with BI Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Partner Operations teams and Partner leadership.
The role supports all type of partners in our ecosystem (i.e. Consulting and technology partners).
The successful candidate must be able to roll-up their sleeves and dive deep into unclearly defined spaces and instill proper levels of structure and control.
They will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-
technical business units, as well as across other geographies.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or related fields
3+ years of professional work experience in financial planning and reporting, planning, business analysis, reporting, strategy, analytics or business intelligence
Advanced skills in MS Excel, working with large datasets
Good knowledge in CRM tools such as SFDC
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and presentations
Experience leading planning and analysis for large organizations
Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
Master’s degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or related fields
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company and with cross-functional teams would be highly beneficial
EMEA market & basic Cloud business knowledge
Good knowledge in BI tools, such as Tableau
Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders
Experience driving data-driven recommendations and suggestions
