Payroll specialist (m / f)
His / her main missions will be :
Load import files received from HR and check the completeness of the information
Check the consistency of staff information in our databases (MyNeo / Apsal / Navision)
Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
Calculate the monthly leasing changes
Calculate the monthly specific payroll of our employees under assignment
Prepare the amount of allowances to pay to staff
Prepare accounting documents relative to salary calculations
Collaborate to monthly reconciliation and edit transfers
Prepare invoices (Global Mobility and employees fees)
Check and control the social security invoices
Monitor the monthly tax declaration
Upload bonuses and other non-periodic wages when it is validated
Prepare documentation for fiscal and audit controls
The perfect candidate
Education requirements : Bachelor's degree in accounting / payroll
Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a fiduciary or a financial services company in Luxembourg.
Possesses strong organizational, presentation and communication skills. Exquisite mathematics and numerical skills
Familiarity with general accounting principles
The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and payroll software (Apsal would be a plus).
Collaborate with the Payroll Officer and HR Generalists on employees matters
Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees
Assure the training sessions to explain payroll policies and procedures
Excellent command of English and French. German will be an asset.
