BNP Paribas Wealth Management Luxembourg is looking for an : Associate Wealth Manager Dutch speaking (H / F) Permanent contract Responsibilities and objectives You will be the ideal link between the Wealth Manager and the Client Support Officers, and enable Wealth Managers to gain a maximum in commercial time having : Interaction external Clients under supervision of the Wealth Manager

Preparation of client meetings;

Preparation of commercial pitch;

Drafting newsletters;

Planification client contact;

Liquidity events : participation in analysis and determination of approach;

Drafting personalised reportings

Interaction internal Clients KYC :

Monitoring Ensure (new accounts, life and recertification of accounts);

Preparation and in-depth analysis of KYC documents (during life and recertification process of accounts);

Handling and follow up additional requests recertified accounts;

Operational :

Transmission and follow up of stock exchange orders (proactive orders);

Being autorised to submit orders in derivatives (including listed options);

Liaise (if needed) with the Client Support Officer when covering negative cash balances;

Monitoring tool Daily Operations and MyCap;

Drafting credit requests (FC1, follow up and handling in-depth of discrepancies in credit files.

Very good oral and written knowledge of Dutch and English , any additional language being an advantage.

Your future trainings :

Complete mandatory trainings required by Domaine, Territory and Group;

Obtain country manual when contact by phone with clients based in countries outside Luxembourg;

Obtain Private Banker Certification ;

Keeping Mifid trainings up to date;

Keeping knowledge in our offering up to date.

During the finalization of the recruitment process, the preselected candidate will be asked to provide us an extract from his / her criminal record dated less than 3 months (record N 3 for Luxembourg), according to the dispositions of the law from July 23rd 2016 regarding the criminal record.
