Job summary

We are looking for a German speaking Account Associate to be based in Luxembourg, who is passionate about driving new growth.

They will help recruit and manage top Europe-Based Amazon Sellers to using Global Mile / Amazon Global Logistics Product, and thereby helping to drive overall business development goals for Global Mile.

this individual will be responsible to onboard and grow the Top customer commitment by understanding business requirements and matching them with opportunities within Global Mile's offering.

We are very much in the growth phase of our lifecycle and looking for candidates with a start-up mentality.

Key job responsibilities

  • Recruitment of Large-Medium Amazon Sellers into the Global Mile, and to meet or exceed Sales targets (Seller launch, volume, and revenue)
  • Ownership of the Account Management including forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education etc. This will include tracking and analysing Seller metrics to understand Seller Experience and performance
  • Ownership of operational requirements related to onboarding new sellers to Global Mile (e.g. raising tickets internally for functionality etc).
  • A day in the life

    The ideal candidate will possess both a strong sales / business development interest that enables them to successfully identify and convert opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession during the week.

    The successful candidate should also be a self-starter who has the ability for problem solving. Qualified individuals must be comfortable to talk to sellers, develop recruitment plans, and analyze reports.

    They will be the first point of contact within Global Mile.

    About the team

    About the Hiring Team : Newly formed in 2020, the Adoption Team of Global Mile EMEA is a key enabler of this vision, working closely with EMEA Based FBA sellers to Market the new service, support them with joining the program, and become a trusted advisor in helping them grow through Global Mile to ship to EU via Ocean and Air.

    The objective over the next few years is to scale significantly the usage of Global Mile within EMEA based Amazon Sellers, and along the way help make it a product that sellers love!

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • German written and verbal language skills for business level communications
  • Bachelor Degree required, ideally in a Quantitative field or Business Administration or Marketing
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use Excel / other tools to perform analysis or manage projects
  • Professional English skills both written and verbal
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any experience working in sales or account management role
