Reconnect to Husky’s existing customer legacy equipment base through integrated life cycle understanding, presence, and intimacy.

Turn Aftermarket Tooling (AMT) into active management to be present at all events in customers' operation life cycle to generate opportunities and orders to grow AMT’s base business.

The Sales Business Advisor will be accountable and measured for growing AMT business with a systematic approach.

Resonsibilities :

  • Sales and Account Management work focused on selling and account management including face to face selling to existing customers
  • Manage the defined AMT customers' portfolio
  • By incorporating gap-to-potential, cross-selling probabilities, and specific upgrades for any given customer, the AMT Sales Buiness Advisor builds a more systematic way to fill the pipeline, and not rely on customers to share their needs
  • They link back from ServiceSource to Husky organization
  • Link to Husky’s internal organization, solutioning, quoting and product management
  • Develop and present sales proposals
  • Ensure good and systematic collaboration, teamwork and communication with Rigid Sales; Participate in Integrated account management planning
  • Qualifications :

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 -10 years Experience in PET injection molding and / or Beverage Packaging industry
  • Background in PET Beverage Package industry and market dynamics
  • Advanced knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Support is an asset
  • Understanding of the PET Tooling market landscape and value proposition drivers
  • Energy and self-motivation
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiating skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Team player but able to work independently
  • Analytic and technical ability suitable for PET marketing and sales
  • Ability to independently set and achieve targets
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation)
