One of our client, a well-known company specialised in Insurance is currently looking for an Account Officer to join their team.

You will be working in a challenging and an international environment where you will develop your skills.

HR Administrator - English Speaker (6 months contract at first)

Your Role :

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases ( record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics ( turnover rates)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information ( leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects ( help organize a job fair event)
  • Your Profile :

  • At least 1 year' experience in a similar position as an HR Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to be the point of contact of several persons
  • Bilingual in English any other language is a plus
  • Good team spirit, proactive, rigorous and tidy
  • Good command of MS Office
