This role will focus on managing and implementing large scale program expansion initiatives.

We expect that you come to the team with experience in change management, complex program management, and driving internal change within an organization.

You will be responsible for building relationships with internal customers, driving alignment between internal teams, capturing requirements, and summarizing findings, status and key decision points in thoughtfully written documents.

Experience working on internal up-skilling or talent development initiatives is a plus.

Key job responsibilities

  • Building relationships with senior level internal stakeholders across teams.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing partners in order to create value for both our customers and internal teams.
  • Lead complex large scale projects that are business critical, and may be global in nature. May lead other program managers and team members for large projects.
  • Apply knowledge of up-skilling initatives to coordinate program design and launch within schedule and budget constraints
  • Play a significant role with business leaders to promote career advancement globally
  • Recommend improvements to the way our programs are scoped, built, and deployed
  • Write clear and detailed functional specifications based on complex business requirements
  • Set and / or collaborate on business objectives in order to deliver best product / feature or system / process with most efficient use of resources and technologies
  • Develop and delivers executive-level presentations to support the program and inform stakeholders and business leaders
  • Use operational metrics to drive process improvement and efficiencies with a focus on creating scalable processes.
